Medicine Carrier, Shamanic Healer, Bodyworker, Personal Trainer

Luz Milagros is a holder of many medicine paths: Peruvian shamanism, Maori bodywork, Mayan and Japanese (Reiki) energy healing.

She specializes in bodywork modalities, reading the body for imbalances and areas of holding. Luz is also a personal trainer, group fitness leader and a NYS licensed massage therapist.

Shamanic Healing Session -
Shamanic cleansing, with a blend of Mayan and Reiki energy work.

Bodywork Healing Session – Luz combines energy healing with deep body work, of either Maori Healing, or Cherokee hands-on-healing, based on your needs.
